Feasibility Studies
Not sure if your project idea will work? Why not let someone independent of your business help you find out if you ideas can work in practice. One of our fully trained Six Sigma Black Belt Project Managers will come into your business, for a short period (minimum recommended timescale one week), and help you assess if your idea can work in practice. The result will be a report on the findings of the Feasibility period giving you a range of options for moving forward.
What’s Involved: Timescales dependant on individual requirements and on project size. A minimum of a week is recommended for small projects. Contact us for a detailed quote.
Prioritisation or Ideas Generation Workshops
Has your organisation got lots of improvement ideas but you are unsure how to prioritise them or asses if they will work in practice? One of our Six Sigma trained facilitators can help you run a recognise workshop to identify and prioritise new ideas and help to structure how you move forward.
