National IT Support Services

 

We use industry leading tools, coupled locally based staff to provide high quality support. Our people are specifically chosen for their abilities to communicate in a language anyone can understand; although they still have detailed technical skills to enable them to resolve 99.9% of problems remotely.

 

We offer the following support packages, which can be purchased separately or as a mixture:

 

Helpdesk Support

Simply call our dedicated team of helpdesk engineers and they remotely access your PC (with your permission) and talk you though the resolution (or alternatively leave them to fix your PC and have a coffee/tea break). Our dedicated team are also on hand to answer “how do I” type questions. We’re there to help resolve your smaller problems as well as your larger problems.

 

Onsite Support

As well as Helpdesk Support, we also offer a contracted number of hours/days onsite, dependent upon your need. During these visits we generally perform routine maintenance, verify backups, resolve any queries which cannot be resolved remotely and provide ad-hoc training. Our contracted support services offer considerable discounts versus our standard rates.

 

Pay As You Go

If you don’t want a contract, we are happy for you to call us on 0113 3505 730 and pay £20 (by debit/credit card) and we will spend half an hour resolving your problem. Your details will be kept on record, so if you don’t use all of your time, simply call back at another time and use your remaining credits for any other problem.

 

Server Support

We offer server support, where we will remotely connect to your servers once a week to ensure they’re in good health and verify backups are successful. Once a month we will install the recently released Microsoft updates on your server, to ensure it's kept up to date with the most recent security patches. We are also available to resolve any server issues via our Helpdesk. We will install active monitoring on all servers, so as soon as a problem develops, your server generates an email to our Helpesk - our analysts will then connect to your server to resolve the problem; generally before you ever find out a problem exists.

 

Printer Support

We provide printer support on a reasonable endeavours basis. We will try and resolve the problem remotely, however most printer problems require an onsite visit. If an onsite visit is required, we will attend at our contracted rate and try to resolve the problem.
